Welcome to the SPD: Reclaim the Game blog.
SPD:Reclaim the Game is a new movement to take back sport and reclaim the game. It can help your sports performance reach to new levels and allow you to perform to your full potential; physically, mentally, and spiritually. It is not a trade-off between being a good person and performing poorly or being a bad person and performing well.
Sport is neither good nor bad. It is a tool, a means for developing virtue (good) or vice (bad). Word class performance is a virtue, but it is only one of them. Your ultimate success depends on all the virtues working together in harmony.
Imagine being able to use 100% of all your skills, talents, and abilities in the present moment, anytime, anywhere. Imagine doing it with virtue; courage, perserverance, humility, gratitude, magnaminity, prudence, modesty, faith, hope, charity… Now imagine your happiness and joy.
SPD leads to real success.
It is time to take action and change the world of sport. Become a part of SPD and help reclaim the game.
